Barrel and vibratory finishing provides a way to mass finish many parts to a required standard. It allows you to deburr, polish and clean components in one or two operations. Additives are added to augment these mass finishing processes. These additives are selected to be used for the particular metal being processed. Selecting the correct additives is critical to achieve the best results from any mass finishing operation.

Media is selected to provide fast cutting, deburring, smoothing, burnishing and polishing finishes. A whole range of ceramic, resin and steel media is available in various shapes and sizes.
